Being so close to all the main attractions made it super easy to get around. Plus, we were just a stone's throw away from top-rated restaurants and shops, which was a big win for us.

Convenient and prime position, we truly enjoyed staying here.

Everything was fine, so were STUNNING views on old town nearby. Location: the hotel was near the lake and all the museums, sights, international airport, and city centre.

We only slept at the superior family room with a comfy bed, but greatly enjoyed it. Amazing central location next to the lake and central tourist area as well as HaLongBay & Haiphong.

The rooms here are nicely decorated and come with a comfy bed and a balcony to enjoy the great view 🌟. the food served here is all about local flavors! Plus, the location is just perfect, within a 10-minute walk of a stunning church.

The employees were affable and best. The public parking was nearby, great service. It had favourable location very close to an ornate restored 12th - century shrine. And the area was nice enough, right by the Temple as well as Vietnam.

The room is stylish, has all the necessary amenities, including birthday balloons, a balcony, and smoke detectors for safety.

The staff are super friendly and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms have all the necessary amenities, including a comfy bed and a balcony. The breakfast included the option of take away, which is a great convenience for those on the go.

All in all, everything was ok and there is nothing that needs improvement.
